Enforcing the New Fireworks Ordinance
Please refer to the ordinance for all of the specifics but the highlights of the ordinance are:

You must apply for a permit from the City Manager's Office at least 15 days prior to the display for a fee of $5

You must be 21 years old or older to ignite fireworks

You must clean-up all debris from the fireworks and cannot allow debris to fall on your neighbor's property

With a permit you may only display fireworks on:

July 3rd from 6pm to Midnight and/or
-
July 4th from 6p-11pm

The fine for a violation of this ordinance is $100
