Records Department

The Records Department at the Rochester Police Department maintains and stores police reports.  Involved Participants and Insurance Companies can obtain reports by printing the online forms and by stopping by the Police Department.  Reports that are handled by the Records Department are Incident Reports, Pistol Permits and Application for Alarm User Requests.  Background Checks for Employment and Housing is another service available, as well as Payment of Parking Tickets.

****PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT RELEASE ACCIDENT REPORTS****

Accident reports must be obtained from NH Department of Motor Vehicles.  To find out how to get those reports click here or contact NH DMV at 227-4040.

Report Fees are:  $0.50 per page for reports, photos are $25.00
Fingerprinting fees start at $10.00 and range up to $51.50
Pistol permits are 10.00.
