Records Department

The Records Department at the Rochester Police Department maintains and stores police reports.  Involved Participants and Insurance Companies can obtain reports requesting them online or by stopping by or calling the Police Department.  Reports that are handled by the Records Department are Accident Reports, Incident Reports, Pistol Permits and Application for Alarm User Requests.  Background Checks for Employment or Housing is another service that is available, as well as Payment of Parking Tickets.

Report Fees are:  $0.50 per page for reports, photos are $25.00
Fingerprinting fees start at $10.00 and range up to $51.50
Pistol permits are 10.00.
