- The cruiser pictured is assigned only to the officers specially trained in a 40 hour course on Crisis Intervention.
- Any mental health consumers or their families can approach the cruiser looking for assistance with any mental health issue.
- This cruiser can be identified by the writing on the rear quarter panel "Crisis Intervention Team" along with the Crisis Intervention Team insignia found behind the rear door on the roof pillar.
- Each of these specially trained officers has that same insignia worn on a pin on their uniform above their name tag.
