Patrol Lieutenants
Lieutenants are the Shift Commanders for their assigned shift. A lieutenant is assigned to each of the midnight, day, and evening shifts, and they are responsible for all patrol functions during their assigned shifts.

Patrol Sergeants
Sergeants are the Shift Supervisors who manage patrol shifts when they are on duty. The sergeants are the direct supervisors of the patrol officers. The Support Sergeant overseas the Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Unit and is responsible for fleet maintenance.
